Michael Yap serves as the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Auctane, overseeing a global legal team since 2020. Prior to this role, Michael co-founded Gen Mobile and acted as its Vice President, contributing to its establishment as a subsidiary of EchoStar. Michael has experience managing investment projects at Moonleaf Ventures and held significant legal positions at Prudential Financial, including Chief Legal Officer for International Investments and Vice President and Corporate Counsel. Michael has also served on the boards of ACC New Jersey and America Needs You. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University.
