Mike Masters

Mike Masters is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in sales, process optimization, and technology integration, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Auctane since February 2021. With previous roles including Senior Director of Process & Automation and Senior Director of Revenue Operations at Auctane, Mike has demonstrated a proven ability to drive digital sales transformation, optimize technology selection, and achieve significant cost reductions. Prior to Auctane, Mike held key positions at companies such as Quali, Compeat Restaurant Management Software, and Google, focusing on sales operations, incentive compensation, and pipeline generation. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a B.S. in Comparative Politics, Mike also has additional training from Trailhead by Salesforce.
