Joe Cutrona

Joe Cutrona has extensive work experience in the mortgage and real estate industry. Joe is currently serving as the Chief Business Officer at Auction.com since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Xome from 2013 to 2023, where they held the position of President/Senior Vice President Xome Exchange. In this role, they were responsible for managing the REO asset management and real estate auction platform for distressed properties. Before Xome, Joe Cutrona was the Senior Director of REO Operations at CoreLogic from 2009 to 2013. Joe also served as the Vice President/Asset Recovery Officer at United Western Bank from 2007 to 2009. Joe'searlier experience includes a senior vice president role at Nationstar Mortgage from 1997 to 2007, and various positions at Ford Consumer Finance from 1993 to 1997.

Joe Cutrona attended Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance/Real Estate. In addition to their degree, Joe Cutrona has obtained various certifications, including "Essentials of Project Management" from Villanova University Certificate Program in February 2012, "Problem Loans" from American Bankers Association in February 2009, "Commercial Real Estate Lending Intermediate" from The Risk Management Association in December 2008, "Commercial Real Estate Lending Fundamentals" from The Risk Management Association in October 2008, "Principles of Banking" from American Bankers Association in October 2008, "Analyzing Financial Statements" from American Bankers Association in May 2008, "Commercial Lending" from American Bankers Association in May 2008, "Financial Analysis of the Closely Held Entity" from American Bankers Association in March 2008, and "Lending Forum for Commercial Lending Officers" from The Risk Management Association in March 2008.
