Alison Gaines is a dedicated board advisor and independent non-executive director, having founded Gaines Advisory in 2020 to provide strategic advice in governance and board search. With extensive experience, Alison has previously served as global CEO and head of board practice for an international executive search firm and held various leadership roles including CEO of the Law Society of Western Australia. Currently, Alison is an independent chair for Hockey Australia’s Nominations Committee and a governor at the College of Law Ltd, while actively participating in multiple other boards and committees. Alison continues to pursue education in law and public policy, holding an Honorary Doctorate and degrees from several prestigious institutions.
