Daniel Young has a diverse professional background spanning over a decade, primarily in engineering, politics, and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as Registrar Liaison at auDA since March 2021, Daniel previously held the role of Policy Compliance Officer at the same organization from July 2019 to December 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Member of the Victorian Legislative Council representing the Northern Victoria Region from November 2014 to November 2018. Earlier in their career, Daniel worked as a Leading Hand and Metal Fabricator at Brunton Engineering & Construction and as a Metal Fabricator at Coform Australia. Daniel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Economic and Finance from RMIT University, alongside a Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication from Melbourne Polytechnic, and completed the Victorian Certificate of Education at Gisborne Secondary College.
