Emily H. began their work experience as Manager of Affiliate Operations at UPC Broadband in 2000. Emily then went on to work in various roles at UPC Broadband, including Project Manager, CRM, CRM Manager, Campaigns & Communications, and Online Marketing Manager. In 2007, they joined KLM Royal Dutch Airlines as Meta Search Manager and Online Campaign Manager, where they established and launched KLM's new meta search channel. Emily also led global search engine marketing for KLM. Emily then moved on to adidas Group in 2011, starting as a Senior Global Search Engine Marketing Manager and later progressing to roles such as Senior Global Online Marketing Manager, Director Global Online Marketing, and Senior Director Global Online Marketing. Emily joined Back Home In Melbourne in 2017 for a Professional Transition Time, during which they completed various educational programs and their Senior Executive MBA at Melbourne Business School. From 2019 to 2021, they served as Director, eCommerce Pacific at adidas, responsible for the P&L of the eCommerce business in Australia and New Zealand. Currently, Emily H. holds the position of Head of Marketing and Brand at auDA - .au Domain Administration Ltd., where they lead the Brand and Marketing for the .au domain.
Emily H. has a diverse education history. Emily holds a Senior Executive MBA (SEMBA) from Melbourne Business School and two Mini MBAs, one in Brand Management and one in Marketing, both obtained from Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson. Emily also completed a TV Masters program from Thinkbox. Additionally, Emily has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from the University of Melbourne, with majors in French and History and honours in French. Emily further expanded their knowledge at Harvard Business School Online, where they completed the HBS CORe program in Business Analytics, Economics for Managers, and Financial Accounting. Emily also obtained a NIMA Generieke Marketing-B certification from Nederlands Instituut voor Marketing and a Graduate Certificate of Enterprise Management from Swinburne University of Technology, focusing on various subjects such as New Venture Marketing, Organisation Behavior, Opportunity Evaluation, and Commercializing Innovation. Finally, Emily has completed the SheCodes Workshops, obtaining certifications in both SheCodes Plus - Front End Development and SheCodes Basic - Introduction to Coding, with a focus on HTML, CSS, JS, VS Code, API, GitHub, Bootstrap, and Hosting.
