Thu-Trang Tran

Thu-Trang Tran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, strategy, and impactful social change across various sectors. They have served as a Commissioner with the Victorian Building Authority and as a Board Director for multiple organizations, including the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman and Good Shepherd Australia New Zealand. As the founder of the social enterprise Kita Delta, Thu-Trang focused on creating educational and gender equality initiatives in Vietnam and Australia. They also held prominent roles at La Trobe University, Volunteer West, and Oxfam Australia, where they managed significant projects and programs aimed at community upliftment and advocacy. Currently pursuing advanced degrees at UNSW and the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Thu-Trang remains dedicated to translating ideas into actionable plans to foster inclusive community development.
