Usama Zaka

Usama Zaka has extensive experience in IT and systems administration, beginning as an intern at Commtel Systems in 2011 and later at Media Links Inc. in 2017. Following these internships, Usama served as a Junior Network Administrator at Warid Telecom and progressed to roles such as IT Support Analyst at Wipro Limited and Network and System Administrator at ReadiiTel. Usama held the position of System Administrator at Rizing, managing the complete APAC region, and later returned to auDA as a System Administrator responsible for Australian domain name infrastructure security and management. Currently, Usama serves as the IT Operations Team Lead at auDA, overseeing critical infrastructure services. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Communication Systems from the Institute of Space Technology and a Master's degree in Engineering Science with a focus on Network Systems and Telecommunication Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology.
