Magner Steffens is the CEO of Audaces. They have served on the Board of the Câmara Italiana de Comércio e Indústria de Santa Catarina since 2022. As an entrepreneur, they founded a children’s clothing business in Brazil (Bambini Artigos Infantis, 2013–2017) and a textile machinery company in Italy, and they served on the Board of Directors for Young Entrepreneurs at Confindustria Trento from 2020 to 2023. They earned a Mechatronics Technologist degree from SENAI/SC (2002–2005), a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from Universidade do Vale do Itajaí (2008–2012), and an MBA in International Business from 24ORE Business School (2020–2021), and they studied Mechatronics, Robotics and Control and Automation Engineering at IFSC (2016–2017).
