Tori Graham

Tori Graham is the founder of Audacity, a consultancy dedicated to transforming workplaces through neuroinclusion, where they serve as a consultant and coach to help organizations create genuinely inclusive environments. They are an ADHD entrepreneur with a background in talent acquisition, and previously held roles including EMEA Talent Acquisition at GQR Global Markets (2019–2020) and Talent Acquisition Executive at HelloFresh (2020–2022). They consulted on neuroinclusion for Equalture (2022–2024) and worked as a contract Talent Specialist at By Miles in 2024, maintaining a 100% direct hire rate and achieving a time-to-hire under 28 days for Engineering, Product, and Data Science roles. They also hosted the What's Wrong with Recruitment? podcast from 2022 to 2023.
