Mark Grote is an experienced sports broadcaster currently serving as the Chicago Bears broadcaster for Audacy, Inc. since July 2018 and as a sideline reporter for Entercom covering the Bears for WSCR Radio since March 2018. With a long tenure at WSCR 670AM beginning in 2010, Mark hosts pre and post-game shows for Chicago Cubs games, conducts player interviews, provides color commentary, and executes play-by-play when necessary. Additionally, previous experience includes serving as a sports announcer delivering daily sports reports and hosting various talk shows, as well as working as a sports reporter for WBBM 780AM from 2002 to 2010, covering multiple Chicago sports teams. Mark holds a degree in Mass Communications with a focus on Radio and Television from Illinois State University.
