Michael Dash

Michael Dash serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Audacy, Inc., the second largest radio broadcaster in the United States, since May 2006. In this role, Michael Dash manages litigation across various legal areas, including employment, intellectual property, and administrative proceedings involving regulatory agencies. Prior to joining Audacy, Michael Dash was an Associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where representation focused on management clients in diverse sectors. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate in the Labor and Employment Department at Klett Rooney Lieber & Schorling. Michael Dash holds a JD, cum laude, from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a BS in Biology from Dickinson College.
