Chris Richter

Chris Richter has a wealth of experience in the real estate industry. In 2005, they became the Owner of RES LLC, where they leveraged data and analytics to secure residential real estate options for private investors. Chris also provided disposition services for the FDIC, Powers of Attorney, Trustee's, and Private Owners. In 2012, they CoFounded Audantic | Real Estate Data & Analytics, where they provided data and analytics services to the residential real estate investment and lending community. In 2013, they CoFounded Find Motivated Sellers Now.

Chris Richter attended Timberline High School before going on to Washington State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics in 2001. In 2018, they obtained a Sales Operations certification from LinkedIn.
