Deep Learning Team Lead at Audatic

Kevin Kepp began their work experience in 2011 as a Student Applied Sciences - Computer Science at IBM, where they worked until 2014. Following this, they worked as a Research Assistant at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI) from 2014 to 2015. In 2017, they joined the Fraunhofer Heinrich Hertz Institute HHI as a Research Assistant and Master's Thesis Student, where they stayed until 2018. In 2016, Kevin started their own freelance career as a Software Engineer, during which they applied machine learning to real-world problems. Kevin then joined Audatic in 2019 as a Deep Learning Engineer, where they currently continue to work.

Kevin Kepp has a strong educational background in computer science. Kevin obtained their Abitur (A level/high-school diploma) from Richard-Fehrenbach-Gewerbeschule Freiburg in 2011. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) from 2011 to 2014. In 2013, Kevin also had the opportunity to study abroad at California State University - East Bay.

Building on their bachelor's degree, Kevin went on to complete a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Science at Technische Universität Berlin from 2014 to 2018. During their master's studies, they also undertook a brief period of study at UNSW in 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Kevin has enriched their skills with several certifications. Kevin completed various online courses on platforms like Coursera, covering topics such as Convolutional Neural Networks, Deep Neural Networks, Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization, Optimization, Machine Learning, Algorithms, Functional Programming, Reactive Programming, and more. These certifications were obtained between 2014 and 2017 from institutions like Coursera, Stanford University, and École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL).
