Bernd Aures has extensive experience in lean production and industrial engineering, currently serving at AUDI AG since December 2007 in various leadership roles such as Project Leader for "LearningPulse" and Lean Leadership Coach. Aures focuses on cultivating a culture of learning and integrating lean methodologies within organizations, utilizing innovative learning approaches and digital concepts. Prior experience at Bosch included roles as a Lean Production Expert and Simulation Engineer, where Aures contributed to production preparation processes, training development, and the establishment of a global competence center for material flow simulation. Aures holds a Master of Engineering in production technology from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
