Christine Speth

Christine Speth has a diverse background in education and management, having served as Einrichtungsleiter at Kindergarten St. Anna from 1997 to 1999 and as an Erzieher at Caritaszentrum St. Vinzenz, Ingolstadt. Christine held various roles at AUDI AG, including Referent Hochschulpolitik between 2008 and 2010 and later as a Führungskraft im Management from 2017 to 2020, focusing on corporate culture and social responsibility. Additionally, they contributed to the introduction of the Bologna Reform in Germany while working at Hochschulrektorenkonferenz from 2005 to 2006. Christine is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Allgemeine Pädagogik at Universität Passau, where they have studied since 2018, and they have also earned various degrees and certifications, including a Diplom in Social Work and a certificate in Digital Leadership and Transformation.
