Dr. Roxana Codita has extensive experience in sustainability strategy and consumer goods marketing, currently serving in roles related to sustainability and product/portfolio strategy at AUDI AG since July 2013. Prior to this, Dr. Codita was a Postdoctoral Research Assistant at the TUM School of Management from February 2011 to June 2013, where responsibilities included lecturing and conducting research focused on sustainability innovations in small and medium-sized enterprises. Earlier academic endeavors included a PhD project examining marketing-mix standardization factors in Central and Eastern Europe at the same institution. Dr. Codita has also held positions in export management and various internships, providing a diverse background in marketing and management. Educational qualifications include a Diplom-Kauffrau (Univ.) in Marketing, Banking, and Finance from Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt.
