Frank Werz

Frank Werz is an experienced automotive professional currently serving as the Head of Audi Transformationplan at AUDI AG since November 2018. Prior to this role, Frank held various managerial positions at FAW-Volkswagen, where responsibilities included overseeing the assembly of Audi A4, A6, and Q5 models and leading the Industrial Engineering & Production System teams. With a foundational career at Volkswagen Slovakia, Frank contributed to launch teams and production system management from June 2008 to August 2015. Earlier experience includes positions at AUDI AG as a Change Management Consultant and Logistics Planner, focusing on lean production and international projects. Frank began a career with trainee opportunities at FFT Produktionssysteme GmbH & Co. KG and PRETTL group. Frank holds a Diplom-Ingenieur in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Hochschule Ulm and an MBA in International Management from Nürtingen-Geislingen University.
