Holger Flacksmeier

Holger Flacksmeier is a seasoned software architect with extensive experience in software and system development, particularly within the connected vehicle domain at CARIAD since July 2022. Prior to this role, Flacksmeier held a position at AUDI AG as a software architect for the Gateway Controller starting in April 2020. A robust background in technical project management is evident from previous roles at Intel Deutschland GmbH, Ericsson, and ST-Ericsson, focusing on cellular modem power management and integration. Flacksmeier has demonstrated leadership in international teams and complex projects throughout a career that began in software design at Lucent Technologies in 1992, complemented by a Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering from Technische Universität Braunschweig.
