Jochen Keller

Jochen Keller currently serves as the Head of Compliance Group Entities & Corporate Regulations at AUDI AG, a position held since October 2018, and also leads the Group Compliance Office (Group Entities). Since September 2009, Jochen Keller has been a lecturer in HR and Organization at Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt. Previous experience includes serving as Geschäftsführer Personal / Recht / Organisation at PSW automotive engineering GmbH from July 2016 to September 2018, and a series of roles at AUDI AG from January 2002 to June 2016, where responsibilities ranged from labour relations to personnel management. Earlier in the career, Jochen Keller was a Personnel Consultant at BÖWE SYSTEC AG. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie from Bergische Universität Wuppertal and FernUniversität in Hagen, as well as a Juris Doctor from University of Augsburg. Coaching and organizational consulting credentials were obtained from ICO Institut für Coaching & Organisationsberatung.
