Michael Patocka

Michael Patocka is an experienced leader in supply chain and logistics, currently serving as the Leiter Supply Chain Strategie, Zielemanagement at AUDI AG since March 2023. In this role, Michael focuses on supply chain strategy, goal and cost management across six Audi locations, while emphasizing communication, sustainability, and customer order processes. As the founder of NextLoop Consulting, established in January 2025, Michael aims to shape a successful future for individuals and businesses. Previously, Michael held significant positions such as Head of Supply Chain at AUDI HUNGARIA Zrt. and Audi México, along with senior roles at AUDI AG, New Process Model Consulting, Faurecia, Mercedes-Benz South Africa, and Daimler AG. Michael's educational background includes a Diplom in Wirtschaftsingenieur from Technische Universität Braunschweig and an apprenticeship as a power electrician.
