Beverly See

Beverly See is an experienced legal professional specializing in content production and corporate law. Currently serving as Head of Content Production Legal at Audible since July 2015, Beverly oversees the development and production of scripted and unscripted content globally, managing agreement negotiations and production legal compliance. Previously, Beverly held senior legal roles at Audible, including Senior Corporate Counsel for Original Content, focusing on deal structuring and risk assessments in various international markets. Beverly's earlier experience includes serving as Corporate Counsel at Fenwick & West LLP, where representation involved technology companies, and as an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP, working on private equity and mergers and acquisitions. Beverly earned a Bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in Biology and Political Science from Brown University and holds a law degree from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law.
