Jon Chen is an accomplished user experience designer with extensive experience in leading design initiatives across various companies. Currently serving as the Lead User Experience Designer for Creator Products at Audible since March 2017, Jon has also held roles including Senior User Experience Designer and User Experience Designer in different capacities. Prior experience includes serving as a Service & Interaction Designer at Fjord, where Jon led interaction design for a significant hospitality client and developed usability testing protocols. At Yodle, Jon progressed from Associate Interaction Designer to Senior Interaction Designer, focusing on creating holistic experiences for small and franchise businesses within an agile development environment. Earlier roles included Assistant Programming Analyst at SDDPC and Web Development Intern with the City of San Diego, where Jon honed technical skills in web development. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science with a specialization in Human Computer Interactions from UC San Diego.
