Jordan Ecker is an accomplished Director of Quality Assurance with a diverse background in software quality and technical support. At Audible since April 2025, Jordan continues to excel in QA leadership. Previously, at Noom Inc. from April 2015 to January 2025, Jordan built a QA team of over 30 members and designed a mobile release pipeline that facilitated over 100 app releases annually. Jordan's initiatives led to a significant increase in product quality, as evidenced by improving critical bug-free experimental releases from under 50% to 95% in just one year. Earlier experience includes impactful roles at S&P Capital IQ as a Lead Product Support Engineer and System Specialist at Fidessa, among others. Jordan holds a BS in Computer Science from Tufts University.
