Rachael Foo

Rachael Foo currently serves as the Global Head of Strategic Planning & Corporate Development at Audible, where responsibilities include translating long-term corporate strategy into P&L outcomes and partnering with startups to drive growth. Additionally, Rachael holds positions as Director of Corporate Development and Limited Partner at First Close Partners, focusing on investing in venture funds led by underrepresented managers. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Business Operations at Frame.io, where Rachael contributed to the company's acquisition by Adobe, and interim Director of Sales Development at Gaingels, promoting investments in companies supporting LGBT+ leadership. Rachael's investment expertise extends to various roles at Stripes, GlobalWebIndex, Pond5, Refinery29, and Gimlet Media. Rachael holds a B.A. in Government with a minor in Computer Science from Harvard University and a GED from German Swiss International School.
