Ryan Whittington

Ryan Whittington is a seasoned public policy professional currently serving as the Global Public Policy Manager at Audible since September 2022. Previously, Ryan held the position of Public Policy Associate Manager (Global) at Meta from July 2021 to August 2022 and worked as a Technology Policy Researcher at the German Marshall Fund of the United States in mid-2020. Additional experience includes a role at the Federal Communications Commission, serving under Commissioner Geoffrey Starks, and the position of Chief Research Assistant at the Center on Privacy & Technology at Georgetown Law. Ryan has contributed to various public policy initiatives while interning at the United States Senate and the Office of the Texas Governor. Ryan earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Government from The University of Texas at Austin, with studies also at Tsinghua University.
