Thomas Martel

Thomas Martel is a seasoned technical recruiter with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Technical Recruiter at Audible since March 2025, Martel previously owned NS Go Recruiting LLC from November 2022 to March 2025. Prior to these roles, Martel contributed to Meta as a Technical Leadership Sourcer - Product from January 2017 to October 2022, and worked at Google as a Channels Specialist between February 2015 and January 2017. Martel began the career as a Technical Recruiter at Tech USA from March 2014 to December 2014. Educationally, Martel holds a Bachelor's of Science in Leadership from the University of Delaware and also from Tower Hill School.
