Joel Gonzalez is a passionate people leader with two decades of exceptional leadership experience in global organizations. They have held various managerial roles at companies such as Microsoft, Best Buy, and AT&T Mobility, contributing to operational excellence and customer engagement. Most recently, Joel serves as the Head of Retail at Audicus, where they continue to drive new initiatives and enhance brand profitability. They also have an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Katherine Gibbs School.
