Tara Spears

Tara Spears has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as an English Teaching Assistant in Comunidad de Madrid from 2015 to 2014. Tara then worked as a Recruitment Specialist at General Healthcare Resources from 2014 to 2017. From 2017 to 2020, Tara worked at Computer Futures as a Technical Recruiter, specializing in MS Dynamics 365/AX full life-cycle recruitment for technical consultants. In 2020, Tara joined Thor Companies as a Consultant, specializing in placing data scientists, software engineers and senior technical leaders with medical device and health tech companies. Currently, Tara is a Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Audicus, where they are focused on hiring for experienced Sales Account Executives to grow the B2C team.

Tara Spears obtained their High School Diploma from Garnet Valley High School in 2008 after completing General Studies, Spanish, and Psychology courses. From 2008 to 2013, they attended the University of Pittsburgh, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science in Neuroscience/Chemistry/Spanish.
