Tom Rusling has had a long and varied career in the marketing and business development fields. Tom began their career in 1985 as a Captain O Door-to-Door Sales Person for OLYMPIC SALES CLUB. In 2003, they became the Marketing Director and SEO for SkyAuction.com, and also took on the role of Online Director for Wave Magazine. Tom then moved on to Search Octane as a Marketing Strategy & Search Consultant in 2006. In 2010, they joined iAcquire as General Manager and Executive Vice President of Agency Operations. In 2016, they became Managing Director of Reflexive Media. Most recently, in 2020, they founded Audience Key.
Tom Rusling has an MBA from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, which they earned between 2001 and 2003 with a focus on Strategy, Finance, and Marketing. Tom also has a degree in German Literature from Colgate University, which they completed between 1993 and 1997, studying German, Philosophy, and Spanish.
