Rob McLaughlin is the Founder & CEO of AUDIENCES, a leading solution for delivering 1st party audiences to advertising & marketing. Rob personally drives commercial, customer success, and development teams to establish and grow their functions.
Prior to AUDIENCES, Rob co-founded Loop Horizon, a marketing and data services consulting business, where they grew it to over £5m annual revenue, 50+ employees, and international operations. Rob also delivered consistent profitable double-digit revenue growth while maintaining profitability year-on-year.
Rob's previous experience includes roles such as Head of Digital Decisioning & Analytics at Sky, Director of Data & Analytics at Digitas UK, and Vice President of Digital Analytics at Barclays UK. Rob also worked as a Digital Analytics Specialist and Senior Marketing Professional at Canon Europe Ltd., a Consultant for Marketing Analytics at Blue Latitude, an Analytics Lead & Client Services Manager at Oracle - TIG Global/Micros, an Account Manager at comScore, Inc. - Nedstat, and a Business Development Executive at BrightTALK.
Rob McLaughlin holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Politics from Kingston University. In 2010, they obtained certification as a Certified Digital Analyst from the Digital Analytics Association.

AUDIENCES
AUDIENCES is the world's first, and still only, client-cloud-native application. Our app is installed into the infrastructure of an advertiser (think GCP, AWS, AZURE) and allows them to do 3 simple things: Data: Create a data table, in the client's existing data warehouse, with key 1st party data info Builder: A simple, easy-to-use interface that allows marketers to create audience segments Connector: Data now leaves the client infrastructure. It is encrypted, using SHA256, and with our suite of APIS the 1st party data segment a client has defined in their own infrastructure is now available to purchase against at DSP (Google, FB, LinkedIn etc)
