Nancy Galaski

Nancy Galaski, CHRL, has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Nancy currently serves as VP, People & Internal Systems at AudienceView, where they provide leadership and strategic direction for the People & Culture team and Internal Systems & Processes Team. Nancy drives the global workforce strategy and is responsible for expanding the workforce into new geographies in South America. Prior to this role, Nancy was the VP, People & Culture at AudienceView and the Director, People & Culture, where they focused on developing programs to drive company culture and executing talent management strategies.

Before joining AudienceView, Nancy worked as the Director, People and Culture at MUNDOmedia Ltd., where they created new HR processes and built a supporting HR team. Nancy also served as the Manager, Global Human Resources Program Management and Manager, Global Talent Acquisition and Engagement at Infusion. In these roles, they managed various talent programs, including recruitment, training, and employee engagement initiatives. Nancy has a strong track record of implementing effective HR strategies and developing programs to support the growth and success of organizations.

Nancy Galaski, CHRL has a CHRP Designation in Human Resources Management, obtained from the Human Resources Professional Association from 2008-2010. Nancy also attended Conestoga College from 2005-2008. In addition, Nancy is currently studying American Sign Language (ASL) at the Canadian Hearing Society since 2018. Nancy holds a certification as a Certified Human Resources Professional from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association.
