Colin Oakman

Colin Oakman is the current CTO (contract) at Audiens. Colin was previously with Tech CFO Limited, Red Gate Software Inc., and Red Gate Software. At Red Gate Software, they were the Group Company Secretary, responsible for secretarial and board responsibilities for the three UK companies within the Red Gate Group. Colin was also the CFO, responsible for the finance, accounting, tax, and legal compliance of the group. This included overseeing company-law, fiduciary compliance and managing shareholder communications, equity transactions and statutory reporting, EMI scheme management, liquidity and currency management, and financial forecasting, planning and reporting. Colin was also responsible for functional strategy setting and execution as a Board and Executive team member, and oversaw the growth and development of the Finance function through periods of automation, system implementation, process design and review.

Colin Oakman has a business studies degree from Hills Road Sixth Form, and is a qualified Chartered Institute of Management Accountant from Acorn Training. Colin also has an AAT qualification in First time passes from ATC - Cherry Hinton Road.
