David Matas has a wealth of experience in frontend development. David began their career in 2007 as a Front-End Developer for Piscolabis Diseño Web, where they worked with semantic XHTML markup, microformats, code optimizing for SEO and web accessibility, and CSS 2.1 and CSS3 with Jquery. In 2008, they began working as a freelance Front-End Developer for clients such as Kellogs, Antena 3, ABC, Universidad de Alcalá, Riu Hotels, and AECC. In 2010, they began working as a Front-End/UX Developer for Zankyou, where they worked with HTML/CSS and OOCSS method and JS for DOM access and integrate HTML code with Zend Framework templates. In 2014, they began working as a Senior Frontend Developer for SocialBro, where they helped build all the JavaScript client side code for their single page application using tools like Highcharts or Mootools. In 2016, they began working as a Senior Frontend Developer for BeMate.com, where they helped build the frontend layer in a Ruby on Rails environment. David also began working as a Senior Lead Developer for Audiense, where they led the platform team and provided features in the backend and frontend layers. In 2019/2020, they worked on various projects for Audiense. Finally, in 2016 they began working as a Senior Frontend Developer for myABCKit, where they helped build the frontend layer with a Ruby on Rails API and Ember as the frontend framework.

David Matas obtained a Postgrado in Interacción persona/ordenador - Especialidad diseño de interacción y evaluación de usabilidad from UOC in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Licenciado in Sociología from the Universidad de Granada, which they studied from 2000 to 2007.
