Efua Gilzene

Efua Gilzene is the current VP of Project Management at Audigent. Prior to joining Audigent, Gilzene served as a Senior Technical Project Manager at Colonial Pipeline Company from February 2021 to June 2021. In this role, Gilzene was responsible for championing project processes and procedures to ensure consistent, high quality performance results across the organization. Gilzene also provided guidance to project teams on project schedules, communication plans, budgets, technical project coordination, issue resolution and vendor deliverables.

From December 2016 to February 2021, Gilzene served as a Senior IT Project Manager at Safe-Guard Products. In this role, Gilzene managed global, matrixed project teams in the delivery of complex DevOps, API and Ecommerce projects while motivating team members to meet commitments and goals. Gilzene also served as IT Leader for scrum and kanban teams in the execution of software development projects. Furthermore, Gilzene developed and presented project plans, status reports and scorecards to executive teams and clients.

Prior to joining Safe-Guard Products, Gilzene served as an IT Project Manager at iPipeline from December 2011 to June 2016. In this role, Gilzene was responsible for managing the delivery of software development projects.

Before joining iPipeline, Gilzene served as a Business/Quality Assurance Analyst at Florida Career College from September 2010 to June 2011.

Efua Gilzene has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from LSU Shreveport. Efua also has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from American InterContinental University. In addition, they are certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Transformance Advisors Inc. and Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional from Scrum Alliance.
