Dipti Sampath

Dipti Sampath has a comprehensive work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Dipti currently works as a Principal Agile Coach at Audinate since April 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of an Agile Coach at Kampra Infinity, Upaaya Yoga and Vedanta Centre, and Macquarie Group between 2020 and 2021. From 2017 to 2019, Dipti worked as an Agile Coach at Valtech Mobility GmbH. Before that, they gained experience as an Agile Coach / Consultant and Business Owner at Anvaya Software from 2012 to 2017, working with clients such as Societie Generale, Cisco, and SAP Labs, among others. Dipti also has experience as a Product Manager and Project Lead at Paladion Networks from 2008 to 2012. Dipti started their career as a Programmer Analyst at Godrej Infotech in 2007 and worked as a Project Engineer at Wipro Technologies from 2004 to 2007.

Dipti Sampath obtained a PGDHRM degree in Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a B.E. degree in Information Technology from Bharathiar University from 2000 to 2004. Dipti completed their 12th grade in Computers at Stanes Higher Secondary School, Coonoor, The Nilgiris from 1998 to 2000. Dipti attended St. Joseph's Convent, Coonoor, The Nilgiris from 1990 to 1998. Additionally, they have several certifications including being a Registered Yoga Teacher - 500 RYT, Certified Agile Leadership, Certified Agile Leadership II - Advanced Education, Validated Practice and Peer-based sharing program, Certified LeSS Practitioner, SAFe Agilist, Certified Scrum Professional, Certified Agile Leadership - I, Certified OpenSpace Agility Trainer, Kanban Management Professional, Master of Yoga (Yoga Acharya), Certified Scrum Product Owner, and Certified Scrum Master.
