Tim Neal is the Vice President of Digital Services at Audinate, a role they have held since 2024. Previously, Tim gained extensive experience at Dolby Laboratories from 2018 to 2023, where they served as Managing Director and held various engineering leadership positions. Earlier in their career, Tim worked at Cochlear from 2002 to 2006 as a DSP Engineer and Senior DSP Engineer. Tim earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering with First Class Honours and a University Medal from UNSW Australia, and completed the Foundations of Directorship program at the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2023.
