Since 2018, we have been empowering young African women with Audio Technology and Music Business Skills and opportunities to grow in the music industry with support from our industry partners and mentors.

The Audio Girl Foundation is being run by co-founders, Phebean (Febe)Oluwagbemi and Bada Aramide.

Audio Girl Initiatives/projects include Audio Girl Workshops and Webinars (She works Audio), Our Annual one-month summer program, Creative Accelerator Program (CAP) and Networking program (She Creates).

We are open to collaborating with various partners to help close the gender disparity in the African music industry most especially in production, engineering and corporate leadership roles.

Our goal is to train and fully equip 2000 young African women with audio technology and music business skills by the end of 2025.
