Alberto Castro

Alberto Castro has over 25 years of experience in operational services and sales, currently serving as a Service Planner in the Global Hardware Operational Services at AudioCodes since October 2013. Prior to this, Alberto held the position of Hardware Services Team Leader in the Global Services Division at ECI Telecom from April 2000 to December 2012, where notable achievements included a 16% cost reduction while maintaining high customer service satisfaction. Alberto also managed various commercial operations for regions including Latin America and Europe, focusing on sales logistics and contract processing. Earlier career roles include Customers’ Order Processing at Innowave Tadiran and Sales Engineer at Industrias Full, S.A. Alberto holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de America in Bogota, Colombia.
