Don Howell

Director - Technical Services For The Americas at AudioCodes

Don Howell has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Don began their career at Nortel in 1992, where they served as the Global Software Delivery Senior Manager until 2008. After this, they worked as the Customer Watch at Nortel from 2008 to 2009. Following their tenure at Nortel, Howell joined Avaya as the Critical Technical Support Escalation Manager from 2009 to 2010. Don then moved to Genband as the Technical Support Manager for the Americas from 2010 to 2012. Currently, Howell holds the position of Director - Technical Services for the Americas at AudioCodes, a role they have been in since 2012.

Don Howell earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Wayne Community College in 1983.
