Eran Kraus

Eran Kraus has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Eran started their career in 2002 as a Software Instructor at Mivnei Ta'asiya and then moved on to Tambour as a System Administrator and Computer Technician. In 2008, they joined Tadiran Telecom as a Technology Specialist and later took on the role of Professional Services CTI. In 2013, Eran joined U-BTech Solutions LTD as a Senior Consultant & Microsoft Unified Communication Specialist. Eran then worked at AudioCodes as a Unified Communications, MS Skype Engineer before returning to U-BTech Solutions LTD as a Unified Communication Solution Architect in 2018. Throughout their career, Eran has gained expertise in unified communications, Microsoft Skype, and various technical roles.

Eran Kraus began their education in 2002 at Tel-Aviv College, where they earned a degree in MCSA with a focus on computer maintenance and communication networks. In 2003, they continued their education at Ruppin College, where they obtained a degree as a Practical Engineer with a specialization in computer programming. Kraus then pursued further education at Ruppin Academic Center from 2005 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management.

In terms of certifications, Kraus obtained several Microsoft certifications throughout their career. In 2003, they obtained the MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional certification. In 2009, they received the MCTS: Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007, Configuration certification. In 2010, they obtained the MSA: Office Communications Server 2007 - U.C. Voice certification. In 2011, Kraus received multiple certifications, including the MCITP: Lync Server Administrator 2010 and the MCTS: Microsoft Lync Server 2010, Configuring. Finally, in 2014, they obtained two additional certifications: MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional and MCTS: Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, Configuration.
