Geoffrey Ruff

Geoffrey Ruff is an experienced telecommunications professional with over 30 years in the industry, currently serving as the Americas Training Manager for AudioCodes since August 2010. In this role, Geoffrey oversees all training aspects for the Americas market, utilizing extensive expertise to enhance customer satisfaction and company performance. Previous positions include North American Training Manager and Professional Service Engineer at AudioCodes, where Geoffrey managed training for various products and solutions, and Field Application Engineer, providing professional services for customer deployments. Prior experience includes engineering roles at Mutual Telecom Services and Nortel, where Geoffrey contributed to the development and deployment of Microsoft Unified Communications and delivered technical training. Geoffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology and an Associate in Applied Science in the same field.
