Keith Dolby

Keith Dolby has extensive experience in the telecommunications field, particularly with Audiocodes, where employment began in April 2004. In the current role as ETAS Engineer, responsibilities involve serving as the R&D interface for testing and debugging issues related to Audiocodes SBC and Gateway product lines, as well as developing workarounds and testing software fixes. Previously, as a Technical Support Team Leader, Keith led a team of 15 engineers, focusing on mentorship and enhancing customer satisfaction. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Technical Support Engineer, where expertise in VOIP products was developed, and as a Software Engineer at both Audiocodes and Nortel Networks, where responsibilities ranged from maintaining legacy code to designing for Voice over IP deployments. Keith holds a Computer Engineering degree from the University of Florida.
