Lahav Pines

Lahav Pines has a diverse work experience that spans different industries. In 2014, they worked as a Software Tester for the Israeli Defense Forces, where they developed and executed test-suits for the IDF Operational Transoportation Planning system. Lahav was responsible for blackbox, whitebox, and algorithm testing. Lahav then joined Bezeq International in 2019 as a Technical Support Agent, providing tech support for internet provider issues, infrastructure, and related electronical equipment. Lahav also offered general support for Microsoft Office and PC. Their responsibilities included working with customers of varying levels of knowledge and needs, locating and fixing problems, selling additional services and equipment, and managing detailed reports. Lahav worked at both the call center and remotely from home. Currently, Lahav is working at AudioCodes as a QA Engineer.

Lahav Pines started their education in 2011 at Tefen Experimental School, where they studied Biology and Civics and graduated in 2014. They then attended BSMH- IDF's Computer Science and Cyber Academy from 2014 to 2015, focusing on Software Quality Assurance. In 2015, Lahav obtained a certification as a Foundation Certified in Software Testing from ISTQB® - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. In 2016, they participated in the WIX teen team - Website development program at Machshava Tova. From 2018 to 2019, Lahav attended Bar-Ilan University for a Pre-Academic Preparatory program.
