Michael Kamin

Michael Kamin has over 30 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Michael worked at AudioCodes from 2005 to present, where they served as the Head of HR North America and LATAM, responsible for building the foundations of human resources in the USA after the acquisition of three companies. Michael also led change management processes and established cross-cultural bridges between the different companies in the USA and their corporate office in Israel. In addition, they improved the quality of the workforce through self-recruiting and talent acquisition. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Global Consultant for various global companies and local Israeli companies, supporting them in M&A activities, recruiting, compensation, and change management processes. From 1997 to 2005, they were the Head of Global Human Resources at Amdocs, where they played a significant role in the company's growth from $180 million to $3.3 billion and an increase in employee count from 1,700 to 11,000. Earlier in their career, they served as the VP of HR at MALAM Systems Ltd., where they supported the management team in transitioning the company from the government to the private sector and implemented change management processes.

Michael Kamin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. In addition, they hold a Black Belt Certificate from SocialTalent, which they obtained in October 2016.
