Mike Mullane

Mike Mullane has a diverse work experience in the technical support and telecommunications field. Mike began their career in 1999 as a Technician at Connecticut Communications and worked there until 2004. Mike then joined NuSound Technology Group as an Information Technology and Telecommunications Specialist, where they worked for 13 years from 2004 to 2017. In 2017, they joined AudioCodes and initially worked as a Technical Support Engineer until 2020. Mike was then promoted to a Technical Support Team Leader position until 2023. Currently, Mike holds the role of Technical Support Manager at AudioCodes, starting in 2023.
