Rob Redman

Rob Redman is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as a Field Application Engineer at AudioCodes since August 2018. Prior to this, Rob worked as a Sr Technical Support Engineer at Ribbon Communications for a brief period in 2018, providing direct customer support for Nortel/GENBAND products. Rob's extensive experience includes a seven-year tenure at Genband, supporting major Caribbean carrier customers, and a long-term position at Nortel as a Technical Engineer. Additionally, Rob began a career at Bell Canada as a C.O. Tech from 1986 to 1997, establishing a strong foundation in technical support and engineering.
