Stephane Minana is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in driving business development and strategic initiatives within the telecommunications and digital transformation sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Channels EMEA and India at AudioCodes, Minana leads the region's channel and alliance strategies to enhance employee and customer experience services. Previously, as the Owner of Minana Excellent Consulting, Minana facilitated digital transformation for various companies. Significant prior roles include Director of Collaboration and Customer Experience Lines of Business at Orange Business Services, where Minana managed European operations and the Unified Communications portfolio. Minana's career includes positions at BT INS and International Network Services, as well as a solid academic foundation with a Master's degree in Electronics from the Technical University of Montpellier.
