Brittani Morelli

Brittani Morelli, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Brittani currently holds the position of VP of Human Resources at AudioEye, a role they have been in since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Director at the same company starting in October 2020. Before joining AudioEye, Morelli worked at PCC Structurals, Inc. as an Employee Relations Specialist/Sr HR Generalist from January 2019 to October 2020. From December 2017 to January 2019, they were a Benefits Specialist and HR Coordinator, and prior to that, a Human Resources Coordinator at Williston Financial Group. Morelli's earlier work experience includes serving as a Weapons Director in the Oregon Air National Guard from March 2012 to March 2018, where they demonstrated expertise in air traffic control and tactical engagement skills. Brittani also worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Anderson Dabrowski Architects from October 2014 to October 2017, providing administrative support and maintaining record-keeping systems.

Brittani Morelli, SHRM-SCP, completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Portland State University in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration Management and Leadership and Human Resources from Portland State University - School of Business in 2017. Brittani started their educational journey at Clackamas Community College, where they obtained an Oregon Associate of Science Transfer Degree between 2013 and 2015. In addition to their degrees, Brittani Morelli obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in January 2021.
