Daniel Wallace

Research and Development Lead at AudioScenic

Daniel Wallace has had a varied career in acoustics. In 2021 they became the Research and Development Lead at Audioscenic Limited. From 2016 to 2021, they were an EPSRC Doctoral Prize Research Fellow and Postgraduate Researcher at the University of Southampton, researching the links between physical acoustics and psychoacoustics. From 2014 to 2016, they were an Acoustic Engineer at Apex Acoustics Ltd., where they were responsible for acoustic modelling and sound insulation testing. In 2012, they were the Academic President and an Acoustical Engineering Student at the University of Southampton's Institute of Sound and Vibration Research. In 2013, they had a Summer Work Placement at Apex Acoustics Ltd.

Daniel Wallace obtained a Full UK Driving License from the DVLA in September 2013. Daniel then attended the University of Southampton for a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Acoustical Engineering from 2012 to 2016. Afterward, they continued their studies at the University of Southampton and earned a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Acoustics in 2020.
